Let our coaching guide you to your PR!
Congratulations, you've just signed up for your first sprint or Olympic triathlon. Or, maybe you've taken the next step and registered for your first half-ironman or even an Ironman. Clicking the "register now" button and providing a credit card number was the easy part....now what?!
You've just done a long bike ride and you think to yourself, "I can't even imagine having to do run a marathon right now, how can I even think about doing an Ironman?" "How can I possibly train for these events without it affecting my family and work life??" "What will my family think if I spend all of this time and money and I fail?"
PR-Endurance knows how challenging it can be to maintain the life balance between training and family/work life. That's why we help you get the maximum out of every hour of training and develop a schedule to fit your time demands and goals. We have over 15 years of Ironman racing and coaching experience that you can rely on to achieve your triathlon goals.
ELIMINATE RISK, ASSURE SUCCESS. THROW OUT THE GUESS WORK AND UNCERTAINTY
You've decided to take on that local 10k or half marathon. Maybe you want to take on the challenge of a marathon for the first time, or you're a veteran and want to finally get that Boston qualifier. Or, could it be that you've gotten bored with road marathons and want to explore the world of trail ultramarathons....Where do you start? Who can you turn to to ask the questions you don't want to ask on a Facebook page or discussion forum full of lurking strangers?
Training for a big race can be a big commitment and you don't want to find out on race day that you didn't do the right things 20 weeks before the race. We have over 40 years of experience in coaching and racing distances from the mile on the track to trail ultramarathons. Let us help you avoid the mistakes many other runners make and get you on the right path toward reaching your goals.
Whether you want to take on the Chequamegon 40 mountain bike race or the mighty Leadville 100 miler, or your local road race, PR-Endurance knows how to make the most of your available time to improve your cycling fitness. We have many years of experience with using bike power meters to refine athletes' training and racing. However, you don't need to own a powermeter to benefit from our training program.
Our athletes have access to an extensive workout library on Trainerroad so that you can use the winter to dramatically improve your cycling fitness and be ready for spring. Once the weather improves and you can get out on the roads and trails we'll help you set up a schedule to get ready for your major and minor races for the season.
Don't know where to turn for bike training advice? Let PR-Endurance coaching show you how to make the most of your limited time while you balance all of the other demands on your life.
